Irene Asare is a highly experienced credible international Human Resources expert, who founded CarvinClay People Development. She has worked for some of the best international companies, like Vodafone, Standard Bank and Tullow Oil.
Irene successfully ran the business services function, for the largest oil and gas operator in Ghana. She was accountable for HR, Admin, IS, Facilities and office services and continous improvement. Under her leadership; she saw significant reduction of costs, improved employee engagement and productivity as well as the streamlining and restructuring of teams. She also saw improved governance processes and assisted in the resetting of organisational strategy.

Irene extended her impact when she founded the HR mentorship programme, where HR professionals are taken through a rigorous scheme, aimed to further their understanding of the profession. The programme covered leadership, business & financial literacy, creating a high-performance culture amongst others.
Throughout her career, Irene has cultivated a track record of leadership and excellence. She is a Chartered Human Resources Practitioner (CIPD-UK) as well as a graduate from Kingston University, London with a Master of Arts of Human Resource Management.
